Our app is designed for businesses and trade professionals. We do not sell directly to the public.
To access product details and trade pricing, your assigned sales representative can provide you with a registration form, but you will still need to complete the online registration to access pricing and products within the app. You can find your sales representative in the “Sales Rep” section of the app.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and up to date. Any changes to shipping details must be submitted before the order is processed and shipped. Additional fees for redirecting shipments due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.
For customers in the United States, a valid Federal Tax ID must be provided for cross-border shipments. Incorrect or missing information may result in a $100 fee if paperwork is rejected at the border. Please ensure that your Federal Tax ID is current and accurate at all times.
Minimum Order
For Canadian orders being shipped, a minimum order value of $1,500 is required. Orders below this amount will incur a $50 under-minimum fee.
Orders picked up directly from our location do not have a minimum order value but must be collected within 5 days of the pick-up notification email.
Note: The app will not process orders that fall below the minimum order value. To place an order below the minimum, please contact your sales representative.
Payments
All orders require a credit card on file or must be submitted with a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
After the first order, customers may apply for 30-day payment terms. To request a terms application, please contact your sales representative. It typically takes about one week to process the application and check references. We will notify you of the outcome once the review is complete. We reserve the right to decline any application that does not meet our credit approval criteria.
Product
Each piece of artwork is handmade to order at our production facility in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Our skilled team handles every step of the process in-house — from cutting wood frames and glass to printing and assembling the artwork.
Due to the custom nature of our production, lead times may vary throughout the year.
Cancellations
All products are made to order. If an order is canceled after it has been sent to production, a 20% service fee will be charged. Orders canceled before entering production will not incur any cancellation fees.
Returns
EZOrders does not accept returns as everything is made to order.
