Welcome to EZOrders! By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

These Terms apply to all registered users and trade partners. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Our app is intended for business and trade professionals only. We do not sell directly to the public. To access product details, trade pricing, and ordering features, you must complete the registration process and have your account approved by our team.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring that any changes to your information (such as shipping or billing details) are promptly updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.

Orders and Production

All products are made to order at our production facility in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Lead times may vary depending on order volume and seasonality.

Orders can be placed through the app or directly with your assigned sales representative. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by shipping or pickup details from our team.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Canadian and U.S. shipments: Minimum order value of $1,500
  • Orders below this amount will incur a $50 under-minimum fee
  • Pickup orders do not have a minimum order requirement but must be collected within 5 days of notification.

Orders will not be processed if they fall below the minimum threshold unless approved by your sales representative.

Payments and Credit Terms

All orders require a valid credit card at the time of submission. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Customers may apply for 30-day payment terms after their first order, subject to credit approval. Approval is not guaranteed and is based on our internal criteria.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke credit terms at any time without notice.

Shipping and Pickup

Shipping costs are provided once your order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving shipping fees before production begins.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information results in delays or rerouting, the customer will be charged any associated fees.

For U.S. orders, a valid Federal Tax ID is required. Missing or incorrect IDs may result in additional border handling fees.

Pickup orders must be collected within 5 days of the notification email. Orders not collected within that period may incur storage or restocking fees.

Cancellations and Returns

Because all products are custom-made, cancellations and returns are limited:

  • Orders canceled before production begins will not incur any fees.
  • Orders canceled after production has begun will be subject to a 20% service fee.
  • Returns are not accepted once production is complete, except in cases of confirmed damage or defect reported within a reasonable time frame.
Intellectual Property

All content, images, product designs, trademarks, and logos displayed in the app or on our website are the property of EZOrders or its affiliates and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Service for commercial purposes without written permission from EZOrders.

Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the app or website for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data;
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Service;
  • Submit false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to suspend access to users who violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain accurate information and reliable service, EZOrders is not liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in product information, pricing, or descriptions;
  • Delays or interruptions in the Service;
  • Losses resulting from user misuse, technical issues, or third-party links;
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

All products are made to order, and variations in appearance, size, or finish may occur due to the handmade production process.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
